On Wednesday 26 January, the second edition of "Digital transformation in companies in the field of Human Resources" was held in the town of Cadiz. A talk given by our Data Analyst, Francisco Alonso, to both the students of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and the students of the MBA in Business Management.
More than 20 graduate students with different specialties were present, between both masters, with the aim of learning how technological tools and, more specifically, those based on Artificial Intelligence, can play a differential role in the growth of a company. In particular, all the problems faced by an HR department were addressed, especially in the recruitment of new talent.
A path to Digital Transformation in companies
During the event, a generic introduction to the digital transformation that is taking place today within companies was given. In particular, it was shown how technological tools can be of great use when it comes to tackling everyday problems in the human resources department.
Finally, it was discussed how these tools can help us in the recruitment of personnel, looking at specific practical cases such as the prediction of a person's personality, or even their purchasing power based on their social networks.
