IT Service Management System Policy

FUTURE SPACE considers the provision of IT services to our customers to be a part of our business, which is why Service Management is a key within its objectives, aligned with the strategy defined for the development of the business. For this reason, a Service Management System has been developed and implemented in conformity to the requirements of ISO 20000-1 as an organisational support and methodological, to embark on the path of continuous improvement through principles:
The management of FUTURE SPACE is committed to leading this process and allocating the resources necessary to meet the requirements of the Service Management System of IT, meet the demands of customers and achieve the objectives set. This policy is known and signed by all FUTURE SPACE personnel concerned in the scope, according to the requirements of the Management. This policy will be reviewed with a maximum annual periodicity, and changes must be approved by the Directorate of organization
