IT Service Management System Policy
FUTURE SPACE considers the provision of IT services to our customers to be a part
of our business, which is why Service Management is a key
within its objectives, aligned with the strategy defined for the development of the business. For this reason, a Service Management System has been developed and implemented in
conformity to the requirements of ISO 20000-1 as an organisational support and
methodological, to embark on the path of continuous improvement through
principles:
- Ensure that IT services are aligned with the needs of their customers and users.
- Compliance with business, legal and regulatory requirements
- Provision of technically competent and properly trained personnel to carry out the tasks with the required quality guarantees.
- The active participation of all personnel based on the concept of self-management of the workplace and on continuous training.
- The provision of material resources appropriate to the production process and in accordance with the degree of precision required.
- The establishment of the necessary measures to prevent, study and eliminate, whenever possible, the factors that may negatively affect the management of IT services
- The establishment of objectives and the allocation of resources, both technical, material and human, for their achievement, which guarantees the continuous improvement of the desired quality levels.
- Improve communication between staff involved in the provision of IT services and customers and users of those services.
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal IT service delivery processes
The management of FUTURE SPACE is committed to leading this process and allocating the resources
necessary to meet the requirements of the Service Management System
of IT, meet the demands of customers and achieve the objectives set.
This policy is known and signed by all FUTURE SPACE personnel concerned
in the scope, according to the requirements of the Management. This policy will be reviewed with a
maximum annual periodicity, and changes must be approved by the Directorate of
organization
