Challenge
A telephone operator, which manages its messaging through products that are licensed from third parties, decides to unify those products into one in order to save on licensing costs so as to have open customization capabilities to the messaging needs it may have in the future.

We have re-engineered the operator's critical mobile messaging platforms and consolidated them into a single platform.
Solution
The developed Messaging Platform has the following fundamental elements:
- Getway Messaging: allows the operator to manage and provide A2P mobile messaging capabilities for VAS and enterprises, management of senders by VAS and control of contracted flows.
- Campaign portal: allows the operator's different clients, through a Web Portal, to personalize and plan their campaigns, as well as the messages they want to include. It offers the possibility of massive sending of mobile messages, group management, deferred planning, campaign manager, contacts, statistics and Certified Messaging.
- MM1 Proxy: controls and routes multimedia messages between the terminal and MMSCs.
- MM4 Proxy Operator Interconnection: MMS interconnection logic between operators, maximizing security (anti-relay, anti-spoofing, etc), quality of service through intelligent content transcoding to adapt to the requirements of each operator.
