Once again, last Friday, we had the pleasure of participating as speakers in the XXVII Cycle of Conferences and Workshops of the Polytechnic School of Cuenca, focused on Digital Transformation and technological trends that we are currently facing.
The aim of the Polytechnic University of Cuenca's Lecture Series is to present this type of trends to the Building and Telecommunication sectors and to strengthen the bonds of collaboration between Companies and the University, introducing students to the companies that lead the market in this concept of digitalisation.
Our Head of Analytics, Adrián Fernández Chicote and our Director of HR and Organisation, María Torrijos, presented "How to be a digital transformation professional" to final year undergraduate students, master's students and the general public.
A roadmap for digital transformation
Based on the phases that we use to manage the Digital Transformation of our clients, in this talk we will present a tour of some of our projects and technologies, until we arrive at a definition of Digital Transformation and the profile of our professionals.
Concepts such as IOT, Blockchain, Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning and Digital Twins, among others, were the protagonists of the day. Without leaving aside, breakage detection projects by image, real-time location, ingestion systems, anomaly detection, CRM enrichment, complaint management and predictive maintenance, which are in demand today in most digital areas.
A tour of the latest trends in the sector focused on the future of Digital Transformation, from a technical point of view, which brought all listeners a little closer to the new strategies and market change.
